Dapto Netball Club is a grading club. The Club uses this day to allocate players into suitable teams. Each allocation day is influenced by the number of players registered with the Dapto Netball Club. The allocation day will aim to achieve teams that have a balanced group of players in playing positions and similar playing ability.

How the day runs:
Players should arrive in clothing and shoes suitable to play netball and bring a water bottle and snacks (if required).
Players will be required to sign in when they arrive.
Players will be warmed up by one of the coaches at the day.
The allocation panel will place players on the court for a number games in their position. Depending on positions and numbers, some players may take the court more often than others.
Once the allocation panel is satisfied that they have suitably seen all players the allocation day will finish. The numbers of players will affect the finish time of the allocation day, so please ensure a suitable adult is at the courts for the day, incase players are dismissed early.

Ahead of the meet the coach day on Saturday 7 March, all players will be emailed with their allocated team and their coach’s details.
All allocations by the panel are final.

All players wishing to play in the 9 years or 11 years competition must attend the allocation day to be placed in a team. If you are unable to attend the relevant allocation day please notify the Club at daptonetball@outlook.com, you may be asked to attend a different allocation day.
